One Gift You Bring to MDI: Positivity

Why MDI?

I wanted to be apart of the MDI mentor team in order to have an impact on the high schoolers' lives who decided to attend. Marian has given me countless blessings and I would love to be a vessel to give part of that back to the community. MDI has the opportunity to shape these students and encourage them to take their faith in their own actions, thus enabling them to be true disciples. Thus, I am so excited to embark on this experience at MDI!

Why Marian University?

I was initially drawn to Marian University because of the San Damiano program. The ability to study nursing while also having a focus on Pastoral Leadership through this program, thus allowing me to study two things that I love. The proximity to Indianapolis, a smaller community, and a wonderful environment allowed me to picture myself at Marian University.

More about you! Fun facts, experiences, & hobbies:

I have five siblings, among them being my twin sister, and I absolutely love having a big family. I love to do absolutely anything outside, especially ultimate frisbee!! Hiking, reading, baking, and playing card games are also among my favorite things to do. I have gone on many retreats, along with helping lead them, and every time I love encountering God in a different way and witnessing others in the same light.
